UPS Maintenance Services
We provide one year free warranty for new equipment, and maintenance agreement for extended or out-warranty. Our Maintenance covers routine maintenance, scheduled preventive maintenance, trouble-shooting, swapping, loan unit. Some models are covered by 7x24 maintenance hours.

In-house Service Hotline
Just call our Service Hotline and dedicated customer services staff will respond your Service Call, taking appropriate action and monitor the service quality and progress.

Equipment Relocation Services
Most companies move their offices between 2 and 5 years period, Jade Power provides quick and effective relocation services to minimize disruption to your business. Relocate your existing hardware is critical, we help to tailor your hardware requirements for your new office. The relocation work starts from power down at the old site to completing final commissioning of equipment in the new site.

Battery Disposal
Battery are hazardous in nature, constitute a risk of pollution to the environment. Jade Power handles aged battery under the Chemical Waste Control Scheme. Ensure aged or wasted Battery are properly managed.
